Insurance has always been a part of my life. My grandmother worked for State Farm in my hometown, and from an early age, I knew I wanted to become an agent. I began my career as a Claims Adjuster, later earned a promotion, and eventually fulfilled my goal of becoming a State Farm agent. I'm married and have three teenagers, so I understand the importance of protecting what matters most and helping families prepare for the future. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying involved in the community through local schools, foundation boards, the Chamber of Commerce, and other community initiatives. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
