Loan Processor

Job Description Job Description The Loan Processor will report directly to the Branch Manager. Will be responsible for various duties relating to the processing and coordination of real estate loans. This is a full-time, onsite position at Paces Funding main branch in Buckhead. · Salary / Base Responsibilities: · Generate Credit Reports · Set up new client / Loan files · Communicate with clients and obtain items needed for loan approvals · Work with appraisers · Work with title attorneys and personnel · Coordinate closings and funding · Investigate tax / utility records · Assist in preparing construction draws for approval / disbursement of funds · Assist in calculating tax escrow estimates for new loans Education, Knowledge, Experience · 2 years real estate processing experience preferred · Closing or post-closing experience beneficial, but not required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Excellent time management; ability to work in fast-paced environment Strategic Thinker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technology experience: Microsoft Office suite, including Excel Adobe PDF Paces Funding is a direct, private, asset-based lender working with investors. As a direct lender based out of Atlanta, we offer many services which traditional institutions are unable to provide.
