Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure in Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Recent experience working within school environments highly valued
• Familiarity with assessment, intervention, and documentation practices for school-age children
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students across preschool through 8th grade
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and clear progress reports to families and staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Maintain thorough records and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
