Property Accountant - Real Estate GAAP & Yardi Expert

TBG | The Bachrach Group is seeking a professional to manage all facets of commercial property management accounting for a large portfolio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property accounting, strong knowledge of GAAP requirements for lease accounting, and be proficient in Yardi. Responsibilities include cash management, financial reporting, and direct client communication.
