Staff Accountant

Advanced Personnel Resources We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization in the Triad area. This role is ideal for someone with strong Accounts Receivable experience, solid Excel skills, and the ability to support multiple accounting functions in a fast-paced professional office environment. Pay $50,000–$60,000 annually Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Key Responsibilities Generate invoices for new and existing customers Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions Perform business-to-business collections and follow up on outstanding balances Apply payments accurately to customer accounts Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Assist with 3-way invoice matching Complete bank and credit card reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and maintain reports using Excel Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as business needs change Requirements Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience required Experience with AP, reconciliations, cash applications, and invoice research preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to shift priorities and support changing business needs Four-year degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Benefits offered by APR until you are hired by our client Benefits will be provided by APR until your hire by the client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
