Parts Specialist Job Category: Operations Location: Lake Orion, MI 48359, USA Description Serve as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions and providing timely, accurate support Assist with daily inventory activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting Source parts for customer orders, service repairs, and inventory replenishment Help customers place orders, track shipments, and process returns Maintain customer accounts and accurately document interactions and transactions Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams to support customer needs and branch operations Keep inventory organized, accurate, and ready when customers need it Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed What Makes This Role Different This isn't a call center job. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
