About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead its comprehensive nonprofit social services agency. The CEO will be responsible for providing clear strategic direction, general management, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role involves leading a diverse team, including an executive team, and ensuring the organization's programs and services are in line with the mission of strengthening children, families, and communities. The successful candidate will be expected to lead through a changing funding and policy environment, maintain a strong focus on financial stability, and oversee the development and monitoring of the organization's administrative and fiscal systems. The ideal CEO for the company will have a graduate degree in a related field, with a preference for social work, human services management, or nonprofit management. They should have a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational growth, and building partnerships. Experience in children and family services, behavioral health, or community-based services is highly relevant, as is knowledge of the local and state funding environment. The role requires a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to represent the organization effectively, and a commitment to the values of integrity, quality, compassion, respect, and community. The CEO will also be responsible for fund development, ensuring the organization's financial stability, and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
