People Leadership
Drives Vision and Leadership Model Faherty style guide and personal appearance standards. Foster psychological safety to encourage open dialogue and courageous feedback across the area. Maintain Home Store as a Hub of Excellence.
Builds and Develops Leadership Bench Build bench talent and lead people casting. Own succession planning and development.
Merchant Leadership
Product and Market Understanding Understand product strategy by market. Leverage store tiering, merch reporting, and analytics.
Visual Merchandising Leadership Audit and elevate VM execution to drive sell-through and brand consistency. Own inventory flow & floor strategy.
Area Strategy
Business Performance Maintain profitability goals across the area. Drive comp leverage vs. LY.
Community and Market Strategy Build localized in-store event strategy. Conduct competitor analysis.
Hospitality (CX Leadership) In every store visit and interaction, setting the tone for guest connections. Champion enlightened hospitality. Elevate customer interactions. Monitor CX reviews and reputation management. Drive OneShop adoption.
Operational Excellence
Operational Leadership Drive task compliance and completion. Uphold professional communication standards. Ensure survey participation. Lead OMNI excellence.
