- # Production SchedulerApplylocations: Iepertime type: Part timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: JR103904If you are ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player and interested in growing your career with an International FMCG business, please read through our job opportunity.**Your responsibilities will be:*** You plan short- and medium-term production orders according to the agreed sequence and in accordance with stock levels for different departments: o Schedule promotions within approved volume and target dates o Review missing components in the short term with procurement officers o Execute priorities in case of issues: late deliveries, supplier capacity, breakdowns, ... o Prepare all needed documentation for production in time o Communicate with Customer Service and Dispatching around shortages o Measure and evaluate conformance to schedule, discuss with relevant departments and agree corrective actions o Schedule planned downtime with site Operations team o Communicate all changes to the schedule in a timely manner* Schedule production orders for subcontractors* Assure on time launches of new products in cooperation with Master Data & Life Cycle Officer and Commercial Teams* Fill in CSL-report* Check planning parameters in SAP and adapt where needed (push, safety stock, minimum order quantity, lot sizes)* Communication with Customer Service and/or Team Leader about possible issues in delivery* Communication with Production Manager and/or Team Leader of the staff requirements to meet the plan (short term)* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders: discussing issues (e.g. call off delays, production breakdowns and delays, quality issues) with the different parties involved and find solutions* Assure continuity of the department (backup other functions, where applicable)**Skills and education we are looking for:*** Bachelor degree or equal by experience in a similar job* Good knowledge of Dutch ad English, knowledge of French* Knowledge of SAP is a plus* Knowledge of MS Office**What will make you successful:*** Flexible and responsive* Autonomous and eager to learn* Target oriented and cost conscious* Accurate and punctual* Problem-solving, proactive and analytical* Good communication skills
