Insurance Office Receptionist

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced professional office environment. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and route incoming telephone calls Take accurate and detailed messages Assist customers with basic questions and direct insurance-related requests to the appropriate team member Monitor and manage general office email and incoming correspondence Scan, upload, organize, and distribute documents Assist with incoming and outgoing mail Maintain an organized reception and front-office area Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks Assist Account Managers, Producers, and other team members as needed Help follow up with customers regarding requested documents and information Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information Provide general administrative support to keep daily office operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities A team player with a positive attitude Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, administrative, office, or customer-service experience preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Insurance experience is helpful but not required Florida insurance license is not required to start Opportunity for Growth We are looking for more than someone to simply answer phones.
