Details Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Legal Industries : Legal Services and Law Practice Responsibilities Assist in all phases of commercial litigation matters, including drafting briefs and motions, handling fact and expert discovery, and engaging in deposition and trial preparation. Assume significant responsibility in the management of matters, and maintain a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
