SharePoint Consultant

We are looking for a SharePoint Consultant to support corporate users by improving how they use SharePoint for collaboration, document handling, and matter-related work. This position combines platform knowledge with user-facing consulting, helping staff understand available tools, adopt stronger practices, and get more value from SharePoint. The role is ideal for someone who can translate technical capabilities into practical solutions.Responsibilities:• Advise teams on how SharePoint can be used to strengthen collaboration, organize information, and support matter-related processes.• Deliver training sessions and one-on-one guidance that help users apply SharePoint features effectively in their day-to-day work.• Translate user needs into practical SharePoint solutions by connecting business goals with configuration, workflow, and usability considerations.• Review existing processes to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency, improved document management, and better team coordination.• Support the design and refinement of workflows that align SharePoint functionality with legal operational needs.• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring questions are addressed clearly and platform capabilities are explained in accessible terms.• Promote adoption of SharePoint tools by recommending best practices and encouraging consistent, effective usage across teams.• Collaborate with technical and business partners to improve platform performance, functionality, and overall end-user experience.
