Senior Oncology Sales Specialist, Solid Tumor (Albany, NY) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist for solid tumor therapeutics in Albany, NY. The role involves field-based pharmaceutical sales, account development, and clinical support to healthcare customers in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Execute sales strategies for current and potential new oncology therapeutics
Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, and develop account strategies with manager
Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials
Penetrate new and existing accounts using marketing tools and closing techniques
Negotiate sales, manage reimbursement discussions, and close orders to meet objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum
Valid driver's license with ability to travel including overnight stays
Minimum two years pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, or medical device sales experience
Hospital and large account sales experience with reimbursement expertise
Willingness to complete credentialing requirements and annual background checks
Residence in or willingness to relocate to Albany, NY geography
