Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is looking for a full-time HVAC Sales Rep in San Antonio, TX. You'll be a key part of our team, helping homeowners with their heating and cooling needs. This full-time job pays only performance-based compensation, with the chance to earn between $100,000 and $225,000 a year. You'll talk with them about their options for new air conditioning and heating systems. You'll focus on giving friendly, helpful service and will check in with customers to answer any questions after you give your proposal or after their new system is installed. Your job is to make sure every customer feels comfortable and well taken care of.YOUR SCHEDULEYou'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You start your day from home and drive straight to your appointments.
