Bartender - Tygart Hotel's Oxley House

Do you know your way around a cocktail shaker and love creating memorable guest experiences? The Tygart Hotel and Oxley House is looking for a Bartender who can mix more than just drinks-you'll mix hospitality, personality, and professionalism to deliver exceptional service every time.

As the heartbeat of our bar, you'll craft beverages with skill, welcome guests with warmth, and make every visit something worth toasting.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine friendliness and professionalism.
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and style.
• Share your knowledge of drink menus, wines, and local flavors to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and transactions with confidence and efficiency.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized from open to close.
• Ensure every pour meets recipes, standards, and state liquor regulations.
• Collaborate with your team to keep service seamless and upbeat.
• Create an atmosphere that turns "just a drink" into an experience.

What We're Looking For :

• Prior bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and state liquor laws.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Great judgment, dependable, and professional.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible availability-including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
