Your focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving collaboration and innovation to deliver exceptional service. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business growth efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will inspire others by translating vision into actionable strategies, cultivating potential in your team, and maintaining executive-level relations. In this role, you will leverage your skills in customer relationship management and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities - Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer relationship management - Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts to align sales strategies with organizational goals - Coordinating sales programs and initiatives to optimize performance and achieve targets - Utilizing analytical thinking to assess market trends and forecast market penetration opportunities - Innovating and implementing creative solutions to address client needs and improve service excellence - Mentoring and coaching team members to foster professional growth and development - Promoting systemic thinking to identify and leverage strategic alliances for mutual benefit - Applying a strategic mindset to guide decision-making and drive business outcomes - Facilitating external relationships to expand the organization's network and influence What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience in sector, account or relationship management with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Bachelor's degree - Demonstrating strategic alliances and relationship building - Excelling in customer relationship management - Utilizing analytical thinking for market penetration forecasts - Coordinating sales programs and strategies - Innovating through creativity and rapid experimentation - Embracing change and fostering cross-functional collaboration Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
