Web Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid — Brooklyn, NY (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)About the Role:We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web projects from kickoff to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between teams — setting direction, keeping work organized in Azure DevOps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks as features move from idea to production.What You'll Do:Partner with the team to define project objectives and build out a detailed work planLead day-to-day task management and set the communication cadence with internal team members and external stakeholdersTrack project activity, document agreements, and flag issues early — before they become problemsKeep project documentation current and aligned with goalsSet up and manage user stories in Azure DevOpsWhat You'll Bring:8+ years managing web projects, with a track record of shipping quality websites and featuresComfort working across a complex stakeholder landscape — planning proactively and escalating when neededSolid grasp of software delivery best practices, with hands-on Azure DevOps (or similar) experienceStrong communicator who can work fluidly with leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams, and coach teams toward outcomesFamiliarity with agile ways of working and modern software development practicesExperience standing up project management tooling for a teamSharp attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple threads at onceExperience running QA testing per established processHands-on experience managing software release cyclesComfortable working directly with technical teamsNice to Have:A background in journalism, writing, or marketing — with an eye for detail, strong organization, and SEO know-howExperience with CMS platforms like AEM and SEO toolsPMP or PRINCE2 certificationFamiliarity with tools like Airtable, Azure, or JiraExperience managing budgets and resources
