Schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
• Perform physical examinations and obtain comprehensive medical histories
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medication management
• Perform routine outpatient procedures, including immunizations, injections, wound care, and suturing
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
• Counsel patients regarding wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
• Participate in clinical decision-making and triage as needed
• Promote continuity of care and patient-centered healthcare

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
• Active or eligible Arizona Physician Assistant license
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Prior primary care or community health experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Commitment to patient-centered community healthcare
