Email Support Specialist

As an Email Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support through email communication. In this full-time remote position, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions, all while enhancing the customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, providing clear and concise instructions to guide them through resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided using our internal ticketing system, ensuring that all communications are documented accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product and engineering teams, to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to the development of more robust solutions.
• Continuously improve personal knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Monitor and manage email response times and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely through email.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities with a logical approach to problem-solving, especially in technical support scenarios.
• Experience using customer support software or ticketing systems to manage and track customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• High level of empathy and patience, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with common software and technologies used in customer service and technical support roles.
