The Breakfast Cook plays a vital role in preparing and cooking breakfast items efficiently in a small kitchen team environment. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this position ensures high-quality food preparation and maintains kitchen sanitation while supporting smooth kitchen operations. The role requires working regular weekend shifts and collaborating closely with other kitchen staff to deliver excellent service each morning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items following recipes and guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food service
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure a hygienic cooking environment
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient prep as needed
