Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role Our innovative and growing company is looking for experienced customer service representatives to be part of a dynamic team. Candidates will be on the ground floor of an expanding organization and will have the opportunity to contribute unique skills and ideas. Responsibilities Communicate with current clients via phone, email, and SMS to ensure they are getting the most out of their experience. Learn the basics about Medicare and ancillary products to answer customer questions and explain policy coverage. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Meet daily objectives and support customers with product and service information. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Open customer accounts, record account information, and update customer records. Resolve product or service problems, clarifying complaints, determining cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution. Process customer adjustments and maintain financial accounts. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, specifically phone call etiquette. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Team player who collaborates effectively with others.
