HR Generalist II: People Operations in Madrid

HR Generalist We are currently seeking a HR Generalist to join the RatedPower team based in Madrid, Spain . This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions. Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Act as point of contact for people leaders, managers, employees, and other HR team members on HR operational queries. Support the administration of new hires, employee life‑cycle changes, and offboards. Partner on all employee relations, leaves, and legal matters in partnership with the HR BPs or the HR Manager. Work with the Global Benefits team to support the administration of the benefit programs. Work with the Talent Excellence team and the HR Business Partners to support the successful roll‑out of all Talent Initiatives (performance, development, compensation, and career). Monitor, review, and update all HR policies and ensure these are in line with current legislation under the guidance of the HR Manager. Support and monitor key trends and metrics; participate in monthly HR meetings and reporting. Monitor Health & Safety activities: annual H&S training, medical checks. Responsible for providing documents and reports as required for internal and external audits, or government requirements. Active participation in Workday roll‑out. Ensure data accuracy for all information related to employee life cycle. Support the roll‑out of employee engagement events (team‑building activities, sport events, diversity and inclusion events, etc.). Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience. Experience with Spanish employment law and local legislation. University Bachelor's degree. Prior experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday). Great problem‑solving skills. AI literacy.
