Shared call required every 4th weekend. Job Description The Surgical Technologist operates within the scope of practice under the direct supervision of the surgeon, assisting in various surgical procedures. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures. Assist the surgical team with instruments and supplies. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly prior to the surgery. Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery. Collaborate with surgical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Surgical Technologist diploma required. Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred. CPR certification is required. Why ARMStaffing?
