Responsibilities: • Lead the daily operations of our Raleigh and Clayton offices, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint, to enhance team productivity. • Facilitate effective communication across teams, bridging the gap between staff and leadership. • Oversee facilities management, ensuring both offices are well-maintained and fully operational. • Coordinate with the Leadership Team to align office operations with strategic goals. • Develop and implement workflow automation processes to streamline office tasks. • Support attorneys, paralegals, and support staff by addressing operational needs promptly and effectively. Qualifications: • Experience in managing multiple office locations, ensuring seamless operations and communication. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate and SharePoint, to enhance team productivity. • Ability to develop and implement workflow automation processes to streamline office tasks. • Proven track record of fostering effective communication across diverse teams, bridging staff and leadership. • Strong organizational skills to oversee facilities management, ensuring offices are well-maintained and operational. • Experience in aligning office operations with strategic goals in collaboration with leadership teams. • Ability to support attorneys, paralegals, and support staff by addressing operational needs promptly and effectively. Compensation: $70,000 yearly
