About the Opportunity

Our nonprofit client is seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, is comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment , and can communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm and professional while assisting customers with questions, concerns, and requests. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries
• Provide information and guidance in both English and Spanish
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and determine appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions and update information accurately in internal systems
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a compassionate and helpful approach
• Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate department when needed
• Follow established procedures, policies, and confidentiality requirements
• Meet call center performance expectations, including quality, productivity, and attendance goals
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish , both written and verbal
• Previous customer service, call center, contact center, or client support experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Compassionate, patient, and genuinely motivated by helping others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Ability to handle challenging or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating computer systems and multiple software applications
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team
