Fire Sprinkler Service Manager

Insight Global is lookinf for a Service Manager to lead a Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Service Department, overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees, including service coordinators and field technicians. This individual will be responsible for driving the overall performance and efficiency of the department by managing technician productivity, ensuring service calls, inspections, and compliance documentation are completed accurately and on time, and coordinating required submissions to local authorities and inspectors. They will also support technician training and development, assist with resolving escalated service issues, and ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service. This highly visible leadership role is primarily office-based with occasional field support and requires strong operational management, organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience within Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, or Life Safety services
• Experience leading service teams, technicians, or service departments
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
• Experience managing service coordinators and technician scheduling
• Knowledge of compliance reporting, inspections, and jurisdictional paperwork
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working full-time on-site
• Experience with service management software


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Service Trade experience
• REP (Responsible Managing Employee) experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Superintendent, or Service Manager
• Fire Alarm technical background
• Fire Sprinkler technical background
• Industry certifications and licenses
