New and Used Car Sales Representative

Car Sales Representative We are seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team in a fast‑paced, high‑earning environment. Responsibilities Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner Follow the DARCARS approach to selling, including greeting customers with a welcoming attitude and listening to their needs Describe operations and features of vehicles that match customer needs via in‑person or virtual interactions Follow DARCARS test‑drive procedures (obtain correct identification, follow test‑drive route, etc.) Suggest optional equipment, features, warranties, and other add‑ons for customer purchase Correctly compute and quote sales price Work with the finance team to obtain financing, as needed Complete all necessary paperwork Arrange for delivery and registration of the vehicle Address all customer concerns and ensure satisfaction Maintain solid knowledge of brands and products, including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment Demonstrate ownership vehicles on a planned test‑drive route Develop and maintain a future prospect and customer follow‑up system Participate in all required brand and DARCARS training Utilize digital retailing selling tools and video tools for virtual customer assistance In conjunction with the General Manager, develop personal income goals consistent with DARCARS standards and devise strategies to meet those goals Comply with DARCARS policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Spanish or Korean Bilingual (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus) Sales experience (preferred, not required) Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record High school diploma or GED Must be 18+ and pass pre‑employment screening Closed on Sundays Benefits Employee discounts on vehicles, parts & service Career growth and internal advancement opportunities Community involvement initiatives Potential earnings of up to $150K+ for top performers We are an equal opportunity employer & drug‑free workplace.
