Looking for an Enterprise Architect to join rapidly growing company. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable Enterprise that meet the specific needs and challenges of the business. MUST be current in Coding and Development. Role will include 35% Coding and Development. Requirements Previous work experience as an Enterprise Architect in a technology company or other technical leadership role. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a development role and at least 1-year experience in leadership. Architecting for cloud experience. MS Azure is preferred. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced level of English. Must have the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Tech Stack Experience Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. A history of leading and developing top-performing teams and supporting successful projects. Microsoft Azure DevOps experience a + Experience with Jira and Confluence a + Responsibilities Solution Development and Delivery Designing innovative enterprise-level solutions to address specific business needs. Ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and effectively integrated with all business-critical systems. Balancing technical constraints with business requirements. Enterprise Architecture Management Defining and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines. Leading architecture reviews and ensuring architectural compliance across projects. Developing and maintaining the architecture roadmap aligned with business strategies. Technical Leadership Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure architectural relevance. Advocating for and ensuring adherence to high standards of technical excellence. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborating with business leaders to understand their vision and requirements. Presenting proposed solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Negotiating and influencing to reach the best outcomes for the business.
