Labor And Delivery Rn – Great Bend, Ks | Night Shift | Full-Time

Join a leading facility in Great Bend, KS, offering a competitive hourly pay rate and comprehensive benefits. Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing full-time assignment

Shift: Night shift, 7pm–7am (length: 12 hours)

Hours/week: 36+

Employment Type: Full-Time

Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN license required; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and FHM certifications (some within specified timeframes)

Experience: New grads welcome; healthcare experience preferred but not required

Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $36.50, based on experience

Shift Differentials:

Evenings (1500–2300): $2.30/hr
Night (2300–0700): $3.75/hr
Weekend (Friday 1900 – Monday 0700): $3.00/hr

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate care to obstetric patients in a busy hospital setting
Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to fetal distress signals
Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies
Support new nurses and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Need

Required:

Kansas RN license
Grad of an accredited nursing program
BLS certification (within 2 weeks of start)
ACLS, PALS, NRP, and FHM certifications (must be obtained within specified timeframes)
Experience: Previous Labor & Delivery experience preferred but not mandatory

Preferred:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset
