- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Phone solicitation
- Hitting monthly sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must pass a background check
- Property and casualty, life and health insurance license for Michigan
