Requirements Meets all state requirements to practice in the dialysis setting. Master’s degree in Social Work (LMSW) with a specialization in clinical practice. Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs. Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; functional proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
