Job Title - Client Partner - QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
Location - Seattle, WA
Our one of the IT clients is looking for a Client Partner responsible for revenue growth within new and existing accounts in Seattle, WA region in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) sector. The Leader will have deep knowledge of the QSR domain that enables meeting aggressive growth goals by proactively uncovering opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services.
- Sales and Negotiation: Participate in sales processes, negotiate contracts, and manage client contracts effectively.
- Deep Knowledge: Must have deep knowledge of the QSR domain that enables meeting aggressive growth goals by proactively uncovering opportunities.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels, communicate effectively, and present complex information clearly.
- Capacity to identify and resolve client issues, and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in sales, contract negotiations, and building new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Business Administration preferred), Masters Degree (Good to have)
