This Level I Trauma Center maintains approximately 230 licensed and staffed beds and provides comprehensive neurosurgical services across inpatient and emergency department settings. The facility maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site neurosurgical call coverage for general neurosurgery, trauma, and spine cases. Established procedures are in place to ensure quality patient care delivery throughout all assigned coverage periods.

Colorado offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of seasonal activities and regional attractions throughout the state. The region features outdoor recreation opportunities and year-round community events. Clinicians will find diverse options for leisure and exploration across Colorado during their assignment.

The neurosurgeon will provide 24-hour primary call coverage for neurological surgery services across inpatient and emergency department settings at this on-site Level I Trauma Center on a 24/7/365 basis. Primary responsibilities include responding to neurosurgical consultations and managing general neurosurgery, trauma, and spine cases during assigned call periods. Clinicians must maintain board certification in neurological surgery and ensure continuous on-site availability for surgical interventions throughout all assigned call shifts.
