Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Clio, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager clerical assistant to join their growing team!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant for a two-day assignment at a housing authority. This position will provide administrative support by assisting with general office duties and ensuring records are organized accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• File, organize, and maintain documents and records.
• Perform data entry and update office files.
• Scan, copy, and distribute paperwork.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support office staff with special projects during the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and data entry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Assignment Length: 2 Days

Pay rate for this position is $15 an hour.

This is a short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys office work and can step in to provide immediate administrative support in a professional environment.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
