NetSuite Administrator at Bitpanda About the role In this position, you will act as a vital link between our technical operations and the business needs of the organization. Your primary focus will be on managing and enhancing the NetSuite platform to streamline financial workflows and facilitate the growth of the company. Key facts Location: Barcelona, Spain; Vienna, Austria Engagement: Hybrid Team: Enterprise Applications What you’ll do Serve as an internal consultant to guide stakeholders on optimal configurations and automation processes within the NetSuite environment. Oversee the configuration, testing, maintenance, and deployment of various business application workflows and scripts in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards. Provide end-user support and resolve any technical issues that arise within the NetSuite system. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all configurations, integrations, and processes to ensure adherence to change management protocols. Collaborate closely with teams in Finance, Sales, and Engineering to ensure that technical solutions align with the broader objectives of the business. Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the NetSuite platform. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the NetSuite system. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience. Participate in cross-functional projects that require integration with other systems and platforms. Stay updated on the latest NetSuite features and best practices to continually improve our use of the platform. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines. Support the implementation of new features and upgrades to the NetSuite system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and customizing the NetSuite platform. Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in a dynamic work environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to adopt innovative methodologies and practices. Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Familiarity with financial processes and workflows, particularly in relation to ERP systems. Nice to have Experience with Workato and knowledge of end-to-end integration processes. A keen interest in emerging trends related to ERP systems, development frameworks, and artificial intelligence technologies. Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment or tech company.
