A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Scheduler

Position type: Fulltime - Contract role
Duration: 24 Months
Location: San Antonio Texas

As a Scheduler, you will:

• Responsible for developing and managing construction schedules, job packages, permits, and outage information for internal and contractor crews.
• Responsible for dispatching jobs using scheduling systems (Service Suite, Mobile Data, Work Manager), monitoring progress, adjusting workloads, and documenting delays.
• Responsible for tracking and reviewing work orders, reports, crew timesheets, contractor invoices, and maintaining records in Excel/Access databases.
• Responsible for handling customer calls, responding to inquiries from business areas, and providing updates to crews and designers to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Responsible for generating GIS maps, inputting planned outage information, and using dashboards to monitor risks, project due dates, and workload visibility.
• Responsible for supporting team operations by attending meetings, providing relief coverage, serving as Wire Down Manager during storms, and completing other assignments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet goals with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior scheduling or dispatching experience.
• Familiarity with Service Suite (Mobile Data System) and Work Manager systems.
• Understanding of construction practices, crew crafts, and sequencing.
• Read and analyze GIS designs.
• Experience using SAP and Work Manager.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $27 - $30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
