We're looking for a Manager, RCM Systems to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the strategy, optimization, and support of the systems that power our Revenue Cycle Management operations. What You'll Do

As the Manager, RCM Systems, you'll serve as the bridge between Revenue Cycle, IT, and our practice teams to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and positioned for future growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of Revenue Cycle applications, including clearinghouses, insurance payer portals, and other critical platforms.
• Oversee system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementation projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of application specialists through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Partner closely with Revenue Cycle leadership to identify workflow improvements and technology solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to maintain system security, availability, and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, governance standards, policies, and procedures for supported systems.
• Lead system testing, validation, and change management efforts for new functionality and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and digital transformation projects that support organizational growth.
• Support reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for system enhancements and integrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful technology partnerships.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting healthcare or Revenue Cycle applications.
• 2–5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience managing system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Strong understanding of clearinghouses, payer portals, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise healthcare systems, including EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.
