Director of OperationsThe Director of Operations at The Ohio State University will oversee venue operations, event execution, staffing coordination, safety compliance, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, clients, and team partners.Qualifications5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venuesExperience managing large teams and cross-functional departmentsKnowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility managementProficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systemsFamiliarity with OSHA standards and venue safety proceduresKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily venue and event operationsManage operational staffing plans and labor executionCoordinate with culinary, concessions, security, and guest experience teamsEnsure compliance with safety and operational standardsMonitor operational budgets and performance metricsDevelop operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfactionSupport premium events, sporting events, concerts, and special programsLevy is a member of Compass Group USA.
