Position Summary

We are seeking an Accountant / Accounting Generalist who is early in their accounting career (recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience) and eager to learn, contribute, and grow professionally. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role will be on-site 5x a week from 7:00a to 3:00p, have responsibility for full-cycle Accounts Receivable as one component of a broader accounting role, while gaining exposure to inventory, monthly close, expense analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and other core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable activities, including customer invoicing, cash applications, payment posting, collections, reconciliations, and delinquency follow-up

• Maintain accurate accounting records and support resolution of billing, payment, and account discrepancies

• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and Operations teams to support customer accounts and issue resolution

• Assist with inventory-related accounting and reporting activities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general accounting schedules at the direction of the Accounting Manager.

• Assist with expense tracking, reporting, and financial analysis

• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls

• Support additional accounting and finance projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, internship experience, or strong recent graduate background

• Interest in building a long-term accounting career and growing with the organization

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• ERP/accounting software experience a plus (Famous software experience helpful but not required)

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

· Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 DOE, plus annual bonus opportunity, employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and excellent benefits.
