Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a physician recruiter and later as an Office Manager for a logistics company. I'm originally from Louisiana, graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in Speech Pathology, and come from a big family with seven siblings. Those experiences have shaped my passion for building relationships and serving others. Giving back is an important part of our agency. I serve on the Black Chamber Board, participate in St. Jude fundraisers, and organize annual community events like food and coat drives. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with State Farm preferred. Currently licensed applicants preferred. This is a remote position.
