• Coordinate cruise reservations through supplier resources
• Verify passenger names sailing dates and booking details
• Assist with dining preferences and special requests
• Research transfers pre-cruise accommodations and excursions
• Track booking deadlines and supplier confirmations
• Help coordinate reservation changes
• Complete ongoing cruise supplier training
