Must have a residency in the greater Baltimore location. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee project installation from start to finish. Position OverviewThe Commercial Roofing Superintendent provides on-site leadership, manages crews, ensures safety compliance, and maintains communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and technical oversight to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for new and reroof projects.Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.RequirementsMinimum 5 plus years of commercial roofing installation experience.Bilingual in Spanish and English – Highly Preferred (Written & Verbal)Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency.Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.English fluency required; Spanish/English bilingual preferred.Compensation & BenefitsFull-time, salaried position: $80k- $100kVehicle and phone providedMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Paid holidays and PTO; 401(k) with employer match.Year-round work and professional OSHA training.Equal Employment OpportunityNations Roof is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
