The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales and Install teams to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customers experience in upgrading their homes./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide Signature Service customer service to homeowner/liliCreate and maintain homeowners job files/liliBuild a concrete relationship with the homeowner/liliWork with RSRs to move the homeowners job through the process/liliWork with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress/liliResolve any post install situations./liliSchedule homeowners technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls/liliSend out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulli2+ years customer service experience/liliSolid and accurate data entry skills/liliStrong communication and time management skills/liliCompetency in Microsoft Office software/liliHigh attention to detail and organization abilities/liliExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks/li/ulpPay Range: $24.95 - $36.15/ph3Culture and Benefits:/h3pAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
