Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role Develop and grow customer relationships across CNC, robotics, and automation markets. Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing. Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges. Recommend spindle repair, rebuild, replacement, monitoring, and engineered solutions. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI-focused proposals. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. Required Skills 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience. Background in CNC machinery, industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, motors, or manufacturing equipment. Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer challenges and develop value-driven technical solutions. Preferred Skills Engineering or technical manufacturing experience preferred.
