Your Impact
- Assemble, test, and visually/functional inspect electronic assemblies per documented instructions
- Execute high-precision hand soldering and electro-mechanical inspection
- Adhere to stringent IPC workmanship standards and internal quality criteria
- Maintain throughput goals while protecting product quality
What You’ll Need
- Hands-on soldering background and experience with electro-mechanical inspection
- IPC-610 or J-STD-001 certifications strongly preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical work instructions accurately
- High attention to detail, independence, and a problem-solving approach
