The Role

You'll lead a team of Sales Consultants who guide each guest through the entire experience, from vehicle selection to trade, financing, and ownership solutions. You'll be on the floor, not behind a closed door, coaching in real time and building a culture of urgency, accountability, and trust.

What You'll Do

• Lead from the front: set clear daily priorities and hold the team to high standards

• Coach and develop consultants through every step of the guest experience, including trades and financing

• Run consistent, practical sales training that builds skill and confidence

• Own the department's results: gross, volume, CSI, and inventory health

• Build a team where people want to stay, grow, and eventually lead

Who You Are

• A proven leader of high-performing sales teams, with results to show for it

• Someone whose former team members would follow you again

• A coach first: you'd rather build a closer than be the closer

• High-energy, consistent, and steady under pressure

• Honest and transparent with guests and teammates alike

• Automotive sales management experience required; GSM or desk experience strongly preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation

• $60,000–$80,000 base salary, plus a performance bonus

• Total annual compensation of $150,000–$180,000+, based on experience and proven history

Location

Must live in Oregon or be willing to relocate before the start date.
