Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Role Overview: Responsible for delivering personalized care to renal and diabetic patients in a Med Surg Renal Diabetic department. Key Responsibilities Execute individualized care plans, monitor clinical status, and ensure rapid interventions for optimal recovery. Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to provide seamless, holistic patient care. Accurately translate physician and nursing orders into clinical actions, maintaining safety and care standards. Develop comprehensive discharge strategies to empower patients and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing. BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
