Meet personal and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in using computers and navigating different software systems. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
