As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner. Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience. Meet personal and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in using computers and navigating different software systems. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
