Flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. after training is successfully completed.Work Restrictions: Because of vital nature of this work, we do not allow medical marijuana cards and we do random drug testing on all of our employees.Essential Functions...Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Generate and send out invoicesCarry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlinesMonitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesResearch and resolve payment discrepanciesGenerate accounts receivables aging analysisMaintain accounts receivable customer files and recordsProcess credit card paymentsInvestigate and resolve customer inquiriesDevelop a recovery system and initiate collection effortsCommunicate with customers via phone, email or mailAssist with month-end closingCollect data and prepare monthly metricsOther duties as assignedAdherence to all ARL safety standards, policies, procedures and protocolsPosition Requirements...2-4 years accounts receivable and general accounting experienceKnowledge of office administration and proceduresExperience with general bookkeeping proceduresKnowledge of general accounting principalsProficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word and OutlookAttention to detail and accuracyGood verbal and written communication skillsWork Environment...This job operates in a professional office environment.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands...This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
