Position Description Atlanta Legal Aid Society (“Legal Aid”) seeks a Staff Attorney with a focus on Family Law for its Clayton County Office. The Clayton County office is located on Adamson Parkway in Morrow, Georgia, just east of I-85 South, 12 miles from downtown Atlanta. The staff currently consists of a managing attorney, 5 full-time attorneys, and 5 support staff. Attorneys in the Clayton office represent low-income persons in Clayton County in a wide variety of civil law matters, including housing, family law, public benefits, consumer issues, and education law, through community education, brief service, advice and referral, transactional work, negotiation, mediation, and litigation. Salary And Benefits The salary is $70,250, but will vary depending on work experience. Salaries are reviewed and adjusted annually, depending on funding.
